    Quick and simple cornflake cake recipe which is ready to eat in 15 minutes and requires only 3 ingredients.

    Makes: 16 cornflake cakes

    • 60g butter
    • 4 tablespoons golden syrup
    • 100g frosted cornflakes cereal

    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Melt the butter and golden syrup in a pan. Take off the heat and stir in the frosted cornflakes.
    2. Fill individual cupcake cases with the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.


    If you're using regular cornflakes instead of frosted flakes add a tablespoon of sugar.

    I followed your recipe and syrup was in bottom of case and cornflakes was not hard they was loose ?  -  21 Mar 2014
