Serves: 4
- 100g feta cheese
- 4 cucumbers
- 1 pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

- Crumble feta. Cut cucumbers into rounds, and peppers into strips. Crush garlic, combine with olive oil, add salt and pepper.
- Combine cucumbers and peppers with the feta cheese. Toss. Drizzle with the dressing.
