Egg salad with cheese and radishes

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 bunch radishes
    • 1 onion
    • 250g Parmesan cheese or other hard cheese, grated
    • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    • 3 tablespoons capers
    • 4 tablespoons soured cream
    • salt and ground pepper to taste

    1. Coarsely shred the radishes. Mince the onion.
    2. Combine the cheese, onion, eggs and radishes. Add capers. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with soured cream.
