Ingredients
Serves: 4
500g boneless chicken, skin on
250g green beans, sliced
200g button mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and ground pepper to taste
300g cooked rice

Cut chicken with skin on into small chunks. Chicken with skin on could be cooked without oil. Place chicken pieces in a hot frying pan with the skin side down. Fry on high heat until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
Add oil, green beans and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add garlic. Combine with cooked rice. Add salt and pepper and fry for 5 more minutes.
