Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 500g cucumbers
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 bunch spring onion
- salt and ground pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons soured cream or Greek yoghurt

- Wash cucumbers and slice thinly into rounds. Thinly slice celery stalks. Chop coriander and onion.
- Combine cucumbers, celery, onion, and coriander. Add salt and pepper. Toss with soured cream.
