All you have to do to get dinner ready is combine your favorite vegetables, chunks of chicken, drizzle with the cheese sauce and pop it in the hot oven.

4 potatoes
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 carrot
300g chicken fillets
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
150ml milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
100g grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 220 C / Gas 7.
Cut potatoes into small cubes, and slice carrots into rounds. Chop the onion. Cut pepper into strips.
Wash the chicken, dab dry with paper towels and cut into small chunks.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and vegetables. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Transfer into a baking dish.
Bake until bubbly and lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
Combine milk with mayonnaise and cheese and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
