Bacon wrapped fried potatoes

    A delicious side dish, which can also be great as a buffet starter. Very easy to make. There is need to peel the potatoes if the skins are tender.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 potatoes
    • 4 rashers of bacon
    • salt to taste

    1. Cook potatoes with their skins on in lightly salted water until they can be easily pierce with a knife. Drain.
    2. Halve the potatoes and wrap in bacon rashers.
    3. Cook in a frying pan on medium heat until golden. Serve with minced herbs and a dollop of soured cream.
