Tuna-stuffed tomatoes


    A beautiful festive appetizer. You can make this dish using medium-sized tomatoes, but small ones will look more sophisticated.

    Serves: 20 

    • 180g tinned tuna
    • 1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • ground pepper, to taste
    • 20 cherry tomatoes
    • chopped fresh herbs, to garnish

    1. In a bowl, mash the tuna with chopped egg, combine with mayonnaise and add lemon juice and pepper to taste.
    2. Cut off the tops of tomatoes and carefully remove the middle. Fill with stuffing and garnish with herbs to serve.
