About this recipe:
A beautiful festive appetizer. You can make this dish using medium-sized tomatoes, but small ones will look more sophisticated.
180g tinned tuna
1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
ground pepper, to taste
20 cherry tomatoes
chopped fresh herbs, to garnish
- In a bowl, mash the tuna with chopped egg, combine with mayonnaise and add lemon juice and pepper to taste.
- Cut off the tops of tomatoes and carefully remove the middle. Fill with stuffing and garnish with herbs to serve.
