250ml orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
1 heaping teaspoon paprika
1 heaping teaspoon curry powder
a few threads of saffron (optional)

Place all ingredients in a plastic food-safe bag, toss to mix well and marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven grill to high.
Remove prawns from bag (discard marinade) and place 5 prawns each in the centre of 4 aluminium foil squares. Fold in to seal foil parcels and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Prawns should be opaque and pink after cooking.
