Natural yoghurt cake

    A French classic, this moist yoghurt cake is super easy to make and children can help.

    • 150g natural yoghurt
    • 150ml oil
    • 75g caster sugar
    • 525g plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 3 large eggs

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Lightly grease a bundt tin or fluted cake tin.
    2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared tin.
    3. Bake until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
