    I always have some frozen bananas in the freezer, they make the best dairy free smoothies. Use other fruit if you like.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 ripe banana, frozen
    • 1 apple, cored and chopped
    • 50g blueberries, fresh or frozen
    • 150ml orange juice
