Banana, peach and raspberry smoothie

    A nice, sweet, tangy smoothie for summer! No sugar, just fruit, so it's all healthy! Use your favourite flavour of yoghurt to make this smoothie your own.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 pots peach yoghurt
    • 1 small ripe banana
    • 20g raspberries

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:10min chilling  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Place all ingredients in the blender. Select the second fastest dial on your blender and let that do all the work.
    2. Once it has been fully mixed (smooth or lumpy - as you like it) pour it into a container and leave to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
    3. Once chilled pour into two glasses and enjoy!

    Serving suggestion

    If it's a hot day add some smashed ice, for an extra cold smoothie.
