Slice the peppers and the onion into strips.
Place a little bit of oil into a frying pan or a wok and heat gently. Add the chicken into the pan and cook till light brown but fully cooked. Add the peppers and the onions and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the spice pack to the pan and then stir it all whilst still cooking till it's all coated for a further few minutes (5 at the most). (If that gets a bit too dry add a slight bit more oil as you don't want it too greasy.)
Then heat up the tortillas in the microwave for about a minute till warm.
Add about two tablespoons of the natural yoghurt to the pan and mix it all. Don't have to keep it cooking for more than 2 to 3 minutes.
Place the chicken mixture in the tortilla wraps and serve!
Add the chicken mixture to a bowl, and put the tortillas on a plate and also serve with salad or salsa!
