Place a little bit of oil into a frying pan or a wok and heat gently. Add the chicken into the pan and cook till light brown but fully cooked. Add the peppers and the onions and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the spice pack to the pan and then stir it all whilst still cooking till it's all coated, up to 5 minutes. If it gets a bit too dry add just slightly bit more oil as you don't want it too greasy.
Heat up the tortillas in the microwave for about 1 minute.
Add the yoghurt to the pan and mix it all. Reheat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place the chicken mixture in the tortilla wraps and serve.
Add the chicken mixture to a bowl, and put the tortillas on a plate and also serve with salad or salsa.
