About this recipe: This is a nice alliance of flavours and textures. I prefer Fuji or Gala apples, and avoid Granny Smith for this recipe.


Serves: 4 

  • 1 small log fresh goat cheese
  • 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 crackers or toasted baguette slices
  • a few sprigs fresh thyme

  1. Cut some large slices of the goat cheese. Place a slice of the cheese and an apple slice on each cracker. Add a small thyme sprig on top to garnish. Enjoy straightaway.
