Easy creamy chicken gravy

    A delicious chicken gravy to go on a roast chicken or sausages and mash... Yummy! You can use this same method to make turkey, lamb or beef gravy.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons plain flour
    • 2 teaspoons chicken stock granules
    • 450ml hot water
    • chicken juices (optional)

    1. Mix the flour, stock granules and hot water together until there are no lumps.
    2. Put the mixture in a pan with the chicken juices (which are optional). Heat over medium high heat until thickened. Serve hot.


    I like to pour mine on a roast dinner but it tastes delicious no matter what you have it with.
