In a large saucepan of boiling salted water cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, or until al dente.
Meanwhile in a large frying pan, cook the bacon over a medium-high heat until crispy and brown. Add onion and garlic and reduce the heat to low. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly until the onions are soft. Add courgettes and cook and stir until soft.
Add chicken and fry until it is heated through. Stir in cream cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain spaghetti and add to the chicken sauce. Toss and serve immediately in warm pasta bowls.
