- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste

Easy to make and tasted lovely. Fabby with onion bhajis and pakoras etc. My brother polished of most of the bowl which is just as well as I wouldve had a lot left over otherwise lol - 06 Apr 2015
