i made these as written and after 20mins the underside was cooked but the tops were not. I very carefully flipped them over and cooked for another 20minutes but unfortunately they stuck a bit to the baking tray. after tasting one, nobody wanted any more. pity, because they are so much easier to make than "proper" mince pies. - 28 Nov 2013
