About this recipe: Over a cake, a scoop of ice cream, a waffle or even in yoghurt, this red fruit coulis is at the same time sweet and tart - refreshingly delicious.


Serves: 4 

  • 380g frozen red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, etc.)
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Puree till smooth, then pass through a sieve to remove seeds, and let cool for a few minutes before serving (or chill in the fridge till needed).
