Lemon and mint iced tea

Be the first to make this!

About this recipe: Iced tea can be weak in flavour, especially served over ice, so it's important to brew the tea stronger than you normally would. The addition of lemon and mint also add refreshing flavour, perfect for a summer's day!

  • 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons muscovado sugar
