    Makes: 12 bars

    • 100g brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
    • 375g oats
    • 75g white chocolate chips
    • 2 handfuls raspberries
    • 25g white chocolate

    1. Lay out all your ingredients on the counter / surface.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    3. Melt the sugar and golden syrup in a pan until a thick liquid.
    4. Once golden syrup and sugar have melted add the liquid to the oats and mix well.
    5. After properly mixed; add the white chocolate chips and raspberries. Mix the white chocolate chips and the raspberries in with the oats and liquid until one mixture.
    6. Spread out on a 20x16cm tray that is about 2 inches tall.
    7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
    8. Wait for it to cool, then cut up into rectangles.
    9. Now you must melt the 25g of white chocolate in a pan until it is a liquid.
    10. Drizzle the white chocolate lightly of to the rectangles and put into the fridge to cool.
