Pear crumble

    40 min

This pear crumble is a nice change from the usual crumble and a deliciously sweet way to use local pears. Serve with custard or ice cream.

Very easy to make and the results were delicious went down at treat with the family  -  12 Nov 2013

I made this the other day when I had a few dessert pears left over. It was the first time my children had tried a pear crumble as I usually stick to the traditional apple! They loved it! It went down a treat and they have been asking me to make it frequently since! My gran visited on the same day and tried some (a tough judge indeed!) and she loved it and had extras Phew! A definite hit which is now part of our family menu!  -  22 Aug 2015
