Peach salsa

    When you have ripe peaches and want to make something savoury, try this delectable fruity salsa.

    Serves: 8 

    • 4 ripe yellow peaches
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 large bunch fresh coriander, minced
    • 1 pinch espelette pepper (or cayenne pepper)
    • 1 pinch caster sugar (optional)

    1. Cube the peaches and remove stone. Toss with lemon juice in a bowl.
    2. Sprinkle with coriander and espelette pepper. If you like it a tad sweeter, add a pinch sugar.


    Espelette pepper (piment d'Espelette) is a French ground red pepper. You can find it in specialty stores and online.
