About this recipe: A fab summer crumble using ruby red strawberries and ripe, juicy peaches. I make this crumble in individual dishes but you obviously can also use one large dish.


Serves: 8 

  • 8 peaches - peeled, stoned and chopped
  • 16 strawberries, halved
  • 115g butter, cut into pieces
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 120g plain flour
  • 80g granola or muesli

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Divide the peaches and strawberries into 8 ovenproof ramekins or dessert dishes.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, crumble the butter, caster sugar, flour and granola together in a bowl just until coarsely combined. Remove the fruit from the oven and sprinkle the crumble evenly over the fruit.
  4. Return to the oven until the crumble is golden, about 20 minutes. Let cool a bit before enjoying.
