1 thin slice baguette or crusty bread
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
1 thin slice feta cheese
1 dash olive oil
1 or 2 basil leaves, chopped

Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Spread the raspberry jam on the baguette slice. Top with feta and sprinkle with olive oil. Place on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven until the bread is golden and cheese melted, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
