About this recipe: A treat for Brie lovers. A lightly toasted slice of bread, covered with a piece of Brie cheese, sprinkled with almonds and grilled until melted, golden and delicious.


Serves: 8 

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 wedge Brie cheese, sliced
  • flaked almonds, to taste
  • green salad leaves, to garnish

Prep:15min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Preheat the grill. Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
  2. Lay a thin slice of Brie on each slice of toast. Sprinkle with almonds.
  3. Grill until the cheese is melted, 2 or 3 minutes. Decorate with a few salad leaves and serve warm.
