    About this recipe: Easy edamame is a must to accompany your next sushi feast! Find frozen soya beans in the pod in speciality shops or larger supermarkets.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon grated root ginger
    • 300g frozen soya beans in pod

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.
    2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add soya beans. Boil for about 5 minutes, till tender. Drain well and rinse under cold water.
    3. Serve in pods with the sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
