Heat up 100ml of water with a small amount of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the stock cube, paprika and onion and allow to simmer until the mixture reduces and excess water has evaporated.
Add the pepper and jalapenos and turn down the heat to low/medium. Add the chicken strips to the sauce.
Wait for the chicken to cook and add the coriander to add depth of flavour. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir until they start reducing. Once the consistency looks to your liking, spoon in the soured cream and serve with grated cheese and the flour tortillas.
Spoon the mixture generously onto the tortillas and roll. Serve with rice or salad.
