Mix all burger ingredients together and divide the mixture into 8 round burgers. Barbecue the burgers until no longer pink in the middle then keep warm and set aside.
For the filling and garnishes:
Prepare the bun with all of the filling and garnishes and add the Cheddar cheese on top of the hot burger. Let it melt and serve.
Tip
To make the spicy mayonnaise, mix 2 tablespoons mayonnaise with 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce.
