350g spaghetti
1 punnet ripe cherry tomatoes
150g feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large saucepan of boiling salted water cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
Cut tomatoes in half and place them on a baking tray. Pop under the grill for a few minutes until they start to bubble and get wrinkly. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Crumble feta and combine with oregano and tomatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix with spaghetti. Serve right away.
