3 or 4 ice cubes
300g vanilla frozen yoghurt or ice cream
3 tablespoons chocolate crispy rice cereal
4 or 5 small mint leaves, finely chopped

Put the ice cubes in a kitchen towel and break them up with a rolling pin.
In a mixer, blend the frozen yoghurt with the milk and crushed ice cubes until you have a foamy mixture.
Use 4 serving glasses and make three layers: blueberries on the bottom, the yoghurt mixture next and then the crispy rice cereal. Then a few more layers: the yoghurt mixture again, more blueberries, mint and lastly, a dusting of icing sugar.
