An easy way to make your jacket potatoes creamy and cheesy, very simple and extremely tasty! Just use table salt if you don't have any sea salt, and use any grated cheese you wish!
You can gradually add the milk if the mixture is difficult to stir. Try not to take much time as otherwise it will go cold.
Very nice. Easy to make ahead and re-heat in a hot oven just before serving.
