Brown the beef on all sides with 50g of the butter.
Slice the mushrooms and gherkins. In a large saucepan, saute the mushrooms and pickles in the remaining 50g butter until the mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the beef, cream and lemon juice and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Before serving, take the lid off the pot and turn up the heat for 2 minutes. Place everything on a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
