About this recipe: This is a classic dish from my childhood and my mother always enjoyed making it for us. I still like it and make it for my own kids now if I'm running a bit short on time.

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 150g ham, diced
    • 1/2 bag frozen sweet peas, thawed
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
