Clean and wash the prawns but don't peel them.
Heat up some olive oil in a pan, add the finely chopped garlic and a pinch of red chilli flakes and let them cook for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and sauté them for about 4-5 minutes, turning them over one time. Pour the white wine over the prawns and let it simmer 1 minute. Season with salt.
Remove the prawns from the heat and sprinkle the parsley over them and serve straightaway.
