Mix the orange juice with the zest, then add a teaspoon of oil.
Chop the herbs and save a few sprigs for decoration. Add the chopped herbs to the orange mixture.
Dry tuna with kitchen paper and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add to the orange mixture. Toss well and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs before serving.
