Wash and clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Halve any larger mushrooms.
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan, add halved garlic. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook over high heat.
When mushrooms are ready, remove garlic and after a few minutes add parsley. Serve.
