About this recipe: Nothing like a mix of mushrooms to accompany your steak or hamburger. This is a fast and tasty recipe, flavoured with a touch of garlic and parsley. Use a variety of mushrooms for best results.


Serves: 6 

  • 500g mixture of mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic, halved
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 25g butter
  • 1 handful chopped fresh parsley

  1. Wash and clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Halve any larger mushrooms.
  2. Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan, add halved garlic. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook over high heat.
  3. When mushrooms are ready, remove garlic and after a few minutes add parsley. Serve.
