1 packet meat-filled tortellini
100g prosciutto, sliced into strips
200ml double cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch nutmeg
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add tortellini and cook for 8 minutes.
In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the prosciutto, then the cream. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently.
When tortellini are ready, drain and add them to the sauce in the frying pan. Add the nutmeg. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
