This is a student recipe for a quick and easy chocolate cake, made in minutes in the microwave and eaten hot. Very indulgent!
Best mug cake I have ever made! Dense, chocolaty, rich, & yummy! It didn't have a spongy texture at all that you sometimes get from mug cakes. I used mini chocolate chips and they worked perfectly. I sprayed my cup with a little baking spray and it popped right out after baking. Mine cooked about 3-1/2 minutes and was perfect. - 17 Feb 2015
