These savoury biscuits are lovely to serve at Christmas parties or to give as gifts. They freeze well too so you can make them in advance. Best to use a hard cheese with plenty of flavour such as Parmesan or Pecorino.

Have made these scrummy biscuits quite a few times now. So easy & tasty. I put everything into a food processor and just whizz it. So simple :o) - 22 May 2018
