    About this recipe: An easy smoked salmon pate with only 5 ingredients. It's made in a flash in when you use a blender. Pulse for a chunky version or continue to blend for a smoother pate. I make this for Christmas parties and serve on crackers or melba toast.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 110g smoked salmon
    • 110g cream cheese
    • 300ml double cream
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Freshly ground black pepper

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients except for the lemon juice in a blender. Pulse for a chunky version or continue to blend for a smoother pate.
    2. Transfer into a bowl; stir in lemon juice and refrigerate until cold.
