An easy smoked salmon pate with only 5 ingredients. It's made in a flash in when you use a blender. Pulse for a chunky version or continue to blend for a smoother pate. I make this for Christmas parties and serve on crackers or melba toast.

Made this as a dip for a party, so easy. I was concerned about the amount of cream so reduced to 200ml and it was a lovely consistency. After it had time in the fridge it was more dense texture so I can see why the 300ml is used. My husband loved it, really pleased as he normally will not eat fish, but he said it tasted rich and lush. Will use regularly. Thanks Mary Hunt. - 28 May 2017
