Leftover pasta with tomato sauce
1 and 1/2 balls of scamorza or mozarella cheese, sliced into cubes
Dried red chilli pepper flakes, as needed
Oregano, to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese, as needed

Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Grease a ovenproof dish or deep sided baking tray with olive oil.
Add the leftover pasta to baking dish and stir in cheese cubes. Add dried chilli pepper, oregano and grated Parmesan to taste.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Then place the pasta bake under the grill to brown it. The scamorza cheese will be melted and there will be a nice golden crust.
