About this recipe: If you use your mixer to make pastry - it's done in no time. Much easier and I always get good results this way. I use this pastry for mince pies every Christmas.
Makes 21 mince pies. Halve the pastry and roll out in 2 batches. Cut out circles of pastry, fill with mincemeat and secure pastry tops with egg white.
