These chocolate sweets are pretty easy to make, taste delicious and make a great Christmas party gift.

Ingredients
Makes: 25 sweets
200g marzipan, chopped
100g dried cherries, finely chopped
100g icing sugar
2 tablespoons kirsch
Melted chocolate, about 60g
25 walnut halves
25 mini paper baking cases
Method Prep:45min › Ready in:45min
In a bowl combine marzipan, dried cherries, kirsch and icing sugar. Mix well with your hands and form into little balls; flatten each one into a disc about the size of a pound coin.
Dip one side of each marzipan disc into melted chocolate; place in a paper case and top with a walnut half. Leave to set.
