Known as Pollo alla pizzaiola in Italy, this is my Gran's recipe - the photo is proof of that. Don't be tempted to turn the chicken, just put it in the oven for 3/4 of an hour and forget about it! That way, it'll come out lovely and moist.
I noticed this recipe when I ran a search on Google looking for "chicken breasts in tomato sauce"....after reading many other recipes...this one stood out....easy to make anyone could make it and it tastes great. I will definitely make this dish again. The only change I made was, I love onions so I added a few for taste. - 16 Sep 2013
