Also tastes good with lemon rind instead of orange rind.
Very good recipe, I used gluten-free ingredients and the cookies turned out really well. I agree they are a bit chewy due to the peanut butter but that works out very well for a GF version, as GF biscuits can often be too dry. I will certainly make these again. - 16 Mar 2015
