About this recipe: An old fashioned dense fruit loaf that I started making back when dates came in blocks! It's best served with a cup of piping hot tea. Buttered or not buttered is up to you!
This is a lovely tasty healthy loaf. the next time I make it though I think I will add 2 eggs as it was a touch dry but my eggs could have been small. thank you for sharing - 20 Nov 2016
