500ml milk
1 tub cream cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
70g tomato puree
salt and pepper, to taste

Heat 100ml of the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the cream cheese and stir until almost completely melted. Be careful not to burn the cheese.
Add oregano, basil and tomato puree. Stir until well combined.
Pour in the rest of the milk and simmer, until the sauce has the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste then use immediately.
