Cauliflower cheese slow cooker soup

    This slow cooker soup is really simple to make and completely yummy!! If you like cauliflower cheese, you'll love this.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
    • 200g grated cheese
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1.5L (2 1/2 pints) hot chicken stock
    • 1 teaspoon English mustard
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 3 bay leaves

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:8hr  ›  Ready in:8hr10min 

    1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir. Leave to cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
    2. Remove bay leaves. Blend and serve with crusty white bread.

    Delicious soup made it today. I chopped my cauliflower into smaller pieces so it didn't need the full 4 hours cooking time. A very nice recipe and easy to prepare. I will use this recipe on a regular basis in the future.  -  11 Sep 2017
