Cauliflower cheese slow cooker soup
This slow cooker soup is really simple to make and completely yummy!! If you like cauliflower cheese, you'll love this.
Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 200g grated cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1.5L (2 1/2 pints) hot chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon English mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 bay leaves

- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir. Leave to cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Remove bay leaves. Blend and serve with crusty white bread.

Delicious soup made it today. I chopped my cauliflower into smaller pieces so it didn't need the full 4 hours cooking time. A very nice recipe and easy to prepare. I will use this recipe on a regular basis in the future. - 11 Sep 2017
